Tour Operator Financial Failure Insurance

An insurance product tailored to meet the legal requirements of the package travel and linked travel arrangement regulations 2018.

Our Tour Operator Financial Failure Insurance (TOFI) product meets the requirements of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (UK) and the European Package Travel Directive (Directive (EU) 2015/2302). Our cover provides the option of an annual insurance contract, as opposed to a bond or a bank guarantee.
