Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance
Protect your business
International Passenger Protection’s (IPP) Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) provides financial protection against the insolvency of declared scheduled airlines. This cover helps protect your revenue, should an airline insolvency arise.
Key benefits

Protection against insolvency
SAFI covers financial losses from the insolvency of the airlines named in your schedule. It helps ensure your reputation is protected.

Repatriation costs covered
If travellers are stranded abroad, the costs of organising repatriation flights can be highly inflated. Our policy offers protection against any additional costs incurred when organising a repatriation flight.
Full terms available on request.

One claim for multiple bookings
If an airline fails, you can simply submit a single claim for all affected bookings. This makes the process faster and more manageable, especially during high-pressure situations.

You’re in control
The insured, policyholder and beneficiary are all the same - you. That means you remain in full control of the process, ensuring your customers are taken care of and your brand reputation is preserved.
